Healthy looking.
Potentially this bird could be 2UE as both exist and I had difficulties reading the band precisely. But 2UE I've only seen in the north end of the island, while 2UF has been here before at the exact same spot. Knowing that most idviduals are very faithful to one spot I assume it to be 2UF. Interestingly both of them haven't been seen since 2023.
