The bird could not be recognized at the US Bird Banding Laboratory. Probably a bird from a local project. Banded with yellow band above knee and red band below knee on right leg. Banded |

2016-03-11 Laguna Atotonilco (jal), Mexico Subspecies: nivosus I counted 62 birds, when they were together at midday at their, apparently, favorite roosting site. The birds here were flushed from there, I think, when 4 beeps! came down to play on the beach in their new automobile... |
