Imago. ♀. In active search for good spots for egg-laying, why the proboscis is well hidden away. Taken at 1/8000 second which I guess is enough to freeze the wing movement, but when the autofocus can't keep up with the challenge the images remain partly blurred. My first and self-found. And in a natural habitat away from garden flowers, coffee and Danish pastry! |
