2017-06-01 Reserva de la Chara Pinta (Tufted Jay Preserve), Mexico
Female. Likely a ung bird because of the mottled belly. Was calling heavily while we were there, as if it was protecting a nest site. Nick saw a male briefly close to this spot, but those were the only observations we made of the species. |
