Imago. Female. At the parking along the road. Mature. Insistingly patrolling, out of the wind, at a low height, should always make you consider this species, at this time of year, I think. Migrant Hawker [Efterårs-mosaikguldsmed] does it too, but as with the males, the general colors give them away: Migrant is darker and faded-looking, except for the two yellow patches on the side of the thorax - when they are developed well. |
