Sex, Age, Comment | Male. The turquoise shoulder and front makes it pretty unique in the area, most likely confusion risk is with a breeding plumage Indigo Bunting. But while the latter looses its blue color in winter, the Blue Bunting stays blue all year and it is therefore mostly in spring, when the Indigo starts to acquire its blue color again that confusion is a risk.
