The first of two birds I found today in the forest. This one by the Collin-stone in the eastern department. See 3500 for comments and photos for comparison. This one I discoverd when it was calling the distinct sharp call, different from the lisping call of the Common Treecreeper. It stayed around for a while but eventually disappeared, apparently, when a Common Treecreeper started to sing. |
