Sex, Age, Comment | Adult males. The black tail area in combination with the red-orange body and flanks is typical of the species. Eurasian Wigeon and Northern Pintail also show black around the tail, but both of them have more grayish bodies and flanks, though, in different ways. | ||||||||||||
