First calendar year. When seeing the bands on the right leg, I first thought it was a falconeer bird, but John Larsen has a photo (good one) on netfugl.dk of a young bird from Stevns, and it looks like it has been treated with the same type of banding, why I expect this bird to be a bird from there (just on the other side of Køge bay). It passed by quickly and continued in a northern direction. |
