Sex, Age, Comment | 4 cycle or more. Dark on the bill indicated that it should be a not-so-adult bird, but the plumage looks all adult. The species is unique in the area, though it can be confused with Western Gull in adult plumage in case you don't get to see the leg color. However, it normally has a more powerful bill tip, which, with good will, can be appreciated in the photo of the standing bird. Only saw these two birds at the locality. | ||||||||||||
