Along Ellevehøjvej in a stretch with Buckthorn more than willow bushes. Was discovered earlier today where it was more cooperating than when I visited. During 3 hours in the evening the vocalization in this recording was practically all it gave. It's not a very obvious documentation but the slow repeated dy dy dy sequences are typical of the species and would be rare with any of the other acrocephalus warblers. My first on Amager. Also: Eurasian Blackbird, Common Chaffinch, Greater Whitethroat, Tree Pipit, Common Cuckoo, Willow Warbler. |
