Imago. Male. Narrow rather well-defined black border, though not as narrow as can be seen. The thin black border to the forewing is a good support for the species though, as are the round-looking black spots on the hindwing, below.
Imago. Male. Normally the wide bluish cast to the underside is a good support for the Silver-studded Blue (Argusblåfugl), but I would guess that the black spots within the orange band on the hindwing are large and round, and therefore support it better as an Idas.
Imago. Female. Rather dark, why probably female. The large round black spots within the orange band on the hindwing is a good indication of this species.
Imago. Female. Dark underside indicate sex, supported by what looks like a blue cast to the upper wing, something that Silver-studded Blue [Arugsblåfugl] normally doesn't show in this part of the world.
Imago. Female. Very worn. Dark below and blue on the upper part make it a female and the large black spots on the hindwing this species.

Imago. Male. Semi-worn still allowing to see the well-defined black border, including on the front edge of the forewing, which silver-studded normally doesn't show.

Imago. Male. The black border is thin but does look a bit blurry at the edge, but probably not enough to justify to suspect that it could be a silver-studded.

Imago. Female. Nordens Fjärilar - Bo Söderström, mentions that the black spots inside the orange band on the hindwing are bigger and rounder on this species compared to Silver-studded.
The spots on this individual look big but the large one in the center has an almost pointed appearance proving the variation of this character, which might not be completely bullet-proof.

Imago. Female. The two upperside animals are different, but I can't remember if the underside female in the background on photo 1 is the same as the one in photo number 2.

Imago. Female. Female type. The black spots on the hindwing inside the orange band are small which, according to Nordens Fjärilar, indicate a silver-studded, but they also look nice round, and combined with zero observations of proven silver-studded this day, I decided to call it an Ida.

Imago. Very worn male with mating pair 853 in the background.
I guess these worn animals are impossible to identify since Silver-studded Blue also can be seen at this locality. But the fact that all identified animals look like Idas, I assume that these are too. At least it's nice to have them as a reference.
