Red-lored Parrot (Amazona autumnalis ???) Gulkindet Amazone ~ Loro Cachetes Amarillos 2012-04-29 Parque La Campana (Colima), Mexico Probably escapees since this species belongs to the eastern Mexican coast as being the closest place. The clean yellow cheeks distinguish it from the other parrots in Mexico. |

Red-lored Parrot (Amazona autumnalis autumnalis) Gulkindet Amazone ~ Loro Cachetes Amarillos 2016-01-05 Tikal PN, Guatemala Not the same birds in all photos, but all from the same location, La Gran Plaza. However, all look adult with large red front and much yellow on the cheek. Sexes alike. The most common parrot in Tikal. |
