Ridgway's Rail (Rallus obsoletus levipes) Californisk Klapperrikse ~ Rascón Costero del Pacífico ~ Californiarall 2010-11-09 Estero Punta Banda (bcn), Mexico (Former Clapper Rail). Adult with strong colors. Easiest to get to see at high tide when the birds come out of the dense vegetation. Swims easily. |
