|Myiarchus sp. (Myiarchus sp.) Tyrant Flycatchers (Tyrannidae)|
|Myiarchus sp. Myiarchus sp.|
2009-04-27 Isla de Cozumel, Quintana Roo (Roo), Mexico
Not sure which Myiarchus. The tail pattern (uniform) tells me it is a Yucatan Flycatcher (Myiarchus yucatanensis) or Dusky-capped Flycatcher(Myiarchus tuberculifer). But the birds seems too bright with strong wing bars and bright edges to secondaries plus pale bill base, all of which make me think of Brown-crested Flycatcher (Myiarchus tyrannulus). Bleach and wear of course change the appearance, and that might be the case with this one.
