Immature or adult molting out of the last feathers of eclipse? By the dusky feathers above the eyebrow. Only saw it like in the photos.
One or the other, a bird off the beaten track, normally staying nearer the coast; in the lakes at Kalvebod Fælled and more often on the sea-side of the dike.
