Guessing 2cy male with very worn brownish remiges and rectrices.

Not sure it is possible to age this bird from these photos, but the uniformly and fresh-looking plumage indicates an adult.
According to Jenni and Winkler males have broader white fringes to greater coverts than females, why I would guess this a male.
