2012-04-29 Parque La Campana, Ciudad de Colima, Colima (Col), Mexico
Probably escapees since this species belongs to the eastern Mexican coast as being the closest place. The clean yellow cheeks distinguish it from the other parrots in Mexico.
2016-01-05 Tikal PN, Petén, Guatemala
Not the same birds in all photos, but all from the same location, La Gran Plaza. However, all look adult with large red front and much yellow on the cheek. Sexes alike. The most common parrot in Tikal.
2019-11-26 Cuernavaca, Morelos (Mor), Mexico
The red lore and yellow cheek is unique for this species. Here with a Yellow-headed Parrot also supposed to have escaped. Perhaps from the same place.
