Subspecies: -
Likely young female with the moderately but uniformly flecked throat. And definitely one of the small ones with cinnamon flanks. Too big and long-billed for a Bumblebee, wings too short for a Calliope. Probably well-fit for a Broad-tailed but the somewhat well-marked white breast collar and the strongly graduated tail feathers are indications of a young female Rufous/Allen's. Only saw the bird as in the photos why I'm ready to call this a tentative conclusion.

Female type. As with 3241, also from here the same day, this bird is not straight forward to me.
The tail seems too long and pale for a Calliope. On the other hand it looks too short for both Rufous/Allen or Broad-tailed but this must be caused by either different wing-tail ratio among juveniles or simply because the rectrices are still growing. The overall buffiness of the bird is then what makes me lean in direction of R-A, but feel free to oppose.
