2023-01-29 Dragør Havn, Denmark Subspecies: canus Adult. A rather typical canus type. Compared to heinei it shows plenty of dusky neck markings and large white mirrors on P9-10 bigger than the black tips. Also there is only a slight dark marking on the inner web of P4. Heinei often shows black markings on both webs of P4. All this according to [Gulls... by P Adriaens et al]. |
