Difficult to say for sure but knowing that only a handful of birds are present at the spot, that I've only seen one bird with a dull colored bill, I think it is reasonable to think that it is the same as in the other 71-same-bird photos.
I'm not sure if three different birds are involved here, because the two in the video show a strong bill color, whereas the bird in photo 4 shows a bird with a more subdued bill.
There are only about three birds present at the feeding corner, why I think it is the same bird in both photos judging by the bill, which looks strangely subdued in color. Perhaps genetic aberration or age related.
A new bird that hasn't been present during my frequent visits the last month. So, the cold weather is provoking some movements, and this might have affected the hybrid as well.
