Comment | There are for and against saying that this bird is a Short-billed, but my gut feeling tells me that it is. The darker breast well-defined toward the brighter belly, and the darker flanks indicate a Long-billed. However, the breast doesn't appear very dark, and the general shape of the bird fits a Short-billed better, without tendency to ball shape and hunched back. |
